Recognizing and relying on our resilience may be the key to surviving layoffs, delayed start dates and reduced hiring. This past week, I was privileged to participate in two very different events both of which made me realize that "we will all get through this " is not merely a motivational mantra. It has substance. There are solid reasons for optimism and hope.
The NALP Annual Education Conference, held in Washington, D.C., this year, could have been a pity party but instead was inspiring and left me tremendously encouraged about the future of the legal profession. The annual conference brings together legal recruiting professionals from law firms and other legal employers with law school career services professionals for four days of intensive educational programming and meetings of various interest groups such as LLM and clerkship advisors and those interested in advancing law student and lawyer professional development. This issue is not only in law education but also almost in every stream of education and the student in this modern universe must have to struggle four to five year in every stream that one particularly adopted for his future even then after 4, 5 years of experience he become a master of his work and can get satisfied job with handsome salary. So keep going on to your stream for making your good career and be patient for success. And last important thing that when you join any company you must have persistency for 2,3 years than you become a recognised experience employee and can make strong resume for next job.
