Default Yoo: Since Sept. 11, 'civil liberties have grown'

Did the Bush administration legally assume the executive powers required to respond decisively in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 attacks, or did it overreach the powers granted it by the Constitution at the expense of civil liberties, Congress and the courts? That question was up for debate during a panel session on Sept. 9 at New York Law School.
