Default Christian Legal Society vs. UC Hastings School of the Law

The school is on shaky legal ground in denying the society status as a recognized campus organization. The U.S. Supreme Court agreed last week to referee a dispute between a University of California law school and a Christian student group that claims it's being discriminated against -- in the name of antidiscrimination.
