Advice needed

I’ve been in the Philippines for three months and been a credit Card defaulter for three months. I was not able to find work early reason that I was not able to pay the minimum payment. I have three banks, Citibank, Najm and Dubai First.

I am worried with the Dubai First because during credit card enrollment, the agent asked me to sign a blank cheque. I fear that this will be used against me. Can this be possible?

Will I be hold at airport here in the Philippines for issuing a blank cheque ( or maybe a bouncing cheque)?

Not answering calls or replying their emails would make then file a case against you by bouncing the cheque and this would be good for you as you can close the case with a court fine.

Mashreq Bank, I paid short amount last week where I missed 3 months back to back minimum payment. however i paid 2 short payments in between.Today I got a call from collections to come to muraqabat police station on saturday as they will be filing a case. I dont know what happens in police station. whether they will arrest me or ask me to pay all money immediately. My outstanding was 7K from 6K limit. Very scared. Is dat could be a hoax call from collection to threaten me? or Real? i dont know.
If the bank files a case on you the police will call you directly and you dont have to believe the hoax which was played by the collection department. Just relax as they will take a very long time to file a case for such peanut amount of outstanding and be bold to them when you answer.

Yes, Bank can file a case for cheque dishonor. Do not worry about the collection agents. They are rude, and you own Banks money. If you have good intention to pay talk to bank directly and restructure the payment plan. Or else if you have no option you can proceed for police case.

I got terminated in my work last year october, the bank already confiscated my end of service. I got a job this april only and with that I was defaulted 3 months already. my last payment was this april. For my Credit Card I always pay the minimum amount. But for my loan, i could not pay because my salary is only 3000 and my loan is almost 3000. I was talking to the bank about restructuring but they did not agree they keep emailing and calling me using different numbers even at night. They ask me to pay 9k dhs for my loan, how do i pay that if my salary is not enough and i cant barely survive. I want to get out from these nightmare, i could not even sleep and could not stay focus in my work. do they will file a case on me now? what about travel ban? can anyone give me advise what i should do? i was really confused.
