Well I am doing it now so I sure as hell hope there is no such silly law in this over-regulated country of ours.

You ARE allowed to date absolutely.
BUT any sexual activity may be illegal.
So be careful especially if any of the parents are hostile.
I have been through all that myself.

SEXUAL CONTACT is legally defined as:
The intentional touching, either directly or through the clothing, of the genitalia, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh, or buttocks of any person with an intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, degrade, or arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person. 18 USC.

It starts with a kiss and moves from there. The act of passionate kissing can frequently lead to sexual activities. The problem is knowing when to stop.

Your mom knows what she's doing. You're young and naive to think that an 18 year old can stop at a kiss. No matter how innocent you WANT to make it sound, its not Ok.
She said that they crave to be more than friends- So if they "crave" to date one another that means they want to ****? Seriously?

Destiny can take him to a court room. Sandy is deceased and can no longer provide her decades of experience to assist others.

Listen, I know this post is old but I so happen to run across it. I've dated my boy friend for 3 years ma'am and we have kissed passionately and also chaste kisses here and there, but he and I never EVER even came close to sex or thought about doing it. We started dating when I turned 14, now as a junior and 16 year old in school our relationship is still beautifully intact. You'd be surprised where you'd find young love and no we are not the typical modern day relationship, we throughly respect and deeply care and love one another. You never know where destiny can take you. I'll remind you again, 3 YEARS TOGETHER, still a virgin and he also is not interested in sex as an 18 year old. Please don't ever assume everyone is the same.

You are FREE to remain uneducated, work at dead end minimum wage jobs while trying to feed the litter of children you will have. Look around you, there are plenty of such free people - most gather in small groups called trailer parks or homeless shelters.

Life is all about choices. At the appropriate time you are FREE to choose to do nothing with your life. No one will force you to get a decent education or aspire to better things.

Right now I'd say it's a safe bet that you sleep indoors, with climate control, in a bed of your own. You likely have access to several electronics - clearly you have Internet. Some adult is caring for your needs - food on the table, rides to wherever you need to go, medical care when needed.

As an adult you are FREE to eschew all of that. Enjoy!

So stop sitting on your arse playing video games and get your college degree within the next 3 years, and start employment as an engineer or chemist by 18. Otherwise, we hear it all the time kid. You are no different than any other two legged bipedal hormone.
