Personally I think once wait listed it is best to just wait instead of trying to dump more and more material. But it is good to let them know you do still want to attend their program.

I concur with Zebra 100%. Don't assume simply loading more material is gonna help.

More important is that they know you will accept if they finally admit.

I never heard from the 3 schools that wiat listed me and I never contacted them.
It all seems to have just vanished into the air and I accepted the one school that did admit me.
It's not clear to me how much these wait lists really give you a chance to get in.
