Re: What happens to me if I withdraw from Social Security?

You can't withdraw from Social Security.

Re: Accepting 50% of a court judgment

Yes, that could be a scenario. In which case D holds the money in one hand and slides the document over to P with the other and gets a signature before handing over the money.

Re: Accepting 50% of a court judgment

Another 100% wrong answer from Lexus.

Re: Subpoena issued with just one days notice

They can't MAKE you show up tomorrow but the court can certainly punish you with a contempt citation if you don't show up.

Sure, you can. Just show your boss the subpoena TODAY and tell him...

Re: Did not pay my insurance for 18 months

Re: Accepting 50% of a court judgment

Re: Is it legal for school to take away unbanned fat burners?

It's legal. If the school administrators say don't bring that stuff into school then you don't bring it to school. Period.

Re: `FBI’ Premieres Tuesday Evening On CBS, Medical Drama `New Amsterdam’ On NBC
