With all the technology and sensors that we have today, how can that happen?

Well they don't all have safety mechanisms because one on Ohio just came down right on top of my car during the middle of a freezing rain storm.

And it slightly scratched and dented the roof.
I am not sure who legally is responsible for that.
I certainly don't want my insurance to go up.

With this subzero weather the electronic gates are CERTAINLY not all working correctly. I was just smacked on the roof at our corporate parking lot. Never saw that before.

Most places that are gated also have signs that you assume all risk for using the area. That includes the entry.

Personal injury cases are one of the most common cases that are eligible for loan or lawsuit advance. It differs in various states so it is crucial you carry out research and have a clear understanding from your attorney before you apply for personal injury loans.
All the work is carried out by the professional funding company like Bridgepoint financial loans and your attorney.

At my HOA entrance there is no sign whatsoever, and the gate scratched my car hood when it came back down early--and hard.
I think they should pay that but they seem to be resisting and delaying.
They think I somehow caused it. Which is BS.
