Default I fell down a stairs that was behind a coat rack.

I fell down a stairs that was behind a coat rack.
I broke my arm.
Is the building responsible for that? I never saw the stairway. It was a really dumb place to put the coat rack for the event.

In this case if you have an insurance it will cover your damages, you could not held the building responsible for your accident.

Why did you walk through the coat rack to begin with? You should speak with a personal injury attorney in whatever state you're in for more information.

Whoever placed the coat rack negligently or dangerously (if they indeed did so) could be liable. Review the issue carefully with personal injury counsel.

Weird how that could even happen? I can't picture it.

I can. I think the Marx Brothers had a scene like that in one of their movies. Either that or Abbott and Costello or the Three Stooges.

Actually it appears the coat rack was to avoid idiots falling down the stairs. Were you trying to commit natural acts with someones coat?

Do you mean unnatural acts?

A natural act with someone's coat would be to put it on and wear it.

Personal injury cases are full of of one of a kind unusual accidents.
It's not that unusual. I see it all the time working in a doctor's office.
It just takes that one set of unusual circumstances...

Since the OP is not returning to explain himself this will continue to be classified under the "Three Stooges" category.
