BP hasn’t yet figured out how to plug the leak still spilling oil into the Gulf of Mexico. But that hasn’t stopped the company’s lawyers from trying to throw a wrench into the plans of plaintiffs lawyers who’ve flooded the federal court in New Orleans with lawsuits.
