Is there anyway to travel to home country without a passport?

Apparently depends on what country you are in now. I don't pretend to understand it all but you can start by reading this:

If that doesn't answer your question I suggest you contact the Indian embassy (if there is one) where you are now, or contact the appropriate authorities in India.

You could not travel from one country to another without passport. If you lost your passport when you were in a foreign country you should contact the Indian embassy in that foreign country to help you for your return.

Your country's embassy-- i.e. the country of your citizenship--may give you a temporary passport or replacement passport.
