    Medical officer in the Philippines

When a doctor started working on January 1 as a medical officer as part of his/her residency training but the document appointing her as a medical officer was signed april 3. When is she eligible to start receiving the salary, January 1, the day she rendered service or april 3?

I wish to inform you that your terms of employment may specify date of your starting period of 1 year. Generally it should be from January as you have started working in January. Your appointment may be signed in April but your starting date does not change unless specifically mentioned in your appointment letter.
