Default Online site suspended me

Hello. I have create account on one Dating site (agematch.com) i have follow instruction onscreen and i was wait verification e-mail but i have not receive i was wrote about this to customer support but i dont get answer, then i was found in spam mails and i activated but when i try to login with my username and password i got this message onscreen: "Account Suspended
It has been suspended due to possible violations of our Service Agreement or account irregularities. Possible reasons include:

• Creating fake / low quality profile
• Uploading unacceptable content
• Sending spam or other "junk" email to other members
• Suspicious account activity(registration, login, etc...)
• Advertising other websites on our service"

But i was blindly follow all what they say, i dont understand it legally. Please help me.

Your question is not a legal one. You need to contact the site administrators to find out what you did wrong.

He said he "was found in spam mails" which I assume means he found the reply.

In any event, it's too bad he was suspended but this is not an appropriate question for a legal forum - it is not a legal issue.

I have checked spam folder but still no answer and i was wrote twice.

I got in Spam folder just 3 mails, 1st is with copies of service agreement and Privacy Policy, 2nd is Registration info and welcome notes and 3rd is verification e-mail. But when i was verify buy clicking provided link in this e-mail i was been on login screen, i was enter my password and Username but i got onscreen message that my account is suspended. Then on this screen i was click "contact us" and wrote message but after more then 48 hour still i dont got an answer.

Check the terms of service and see what remedies for disputes exist.
And be persistent in working with customer service.
If that still doe snot work you could technically sue in small claims court if you suffered any actual damages or costs.

Unfortunately most sites are legally allowed to decide if they want to exclude somebody or not. They normally do not have to take your businesses if they choose not to.

And BTW, can you not just re-register under a new name?
That could also solve the issue if you were excluded by some automatic software program.

I would just re-register as somebody said above.
Often these sites have software that simply voids a registration that is delayed or seems to have any issue.
