Facebook class action?
I received a number of mail solicitations for divorce which my wife saw.
It was based it seems on searches I did at Facebook. Can I sue or join any class action? After receiving 12 mailings for divorce my wife got the picture in her mind at least. |

In this regard you may not have legal standing to file a case as you can block the mails and pop-ups relating to your previous search by using some free online software’s.

I guess when I filled out the forms for free information, supposedly to be delivered by email only.

I think you just have to wait, there are about 20 class actions for all sorts of issues that Facebook has to deal with at this point - probably more in the pipeline.

I believe the OP was referring to pop up ads that appear based on searches you do. The issue here is not Facebook, but that OP did not take due care to secure his account through one of multiple means.

I wonder if facebook does listen in on your phone as some in Congress suspected at the hearings?
