Default Online delivery issues and small claims court

If I purchase an item online from the USA for delivery to the UK, and there is any problem with the delivery, can I sue in small claims in the UK?
Thank you!

It depends on the terms and conditions for the purchase and delivery. If the terms allows jurisdiction for UK courts, you can sue in UK.

It depends on the purchase of Item you have been delivered and the laws that are allowed by UK court.

It depends on the content delivered and the rules and regulations followed by the UK court. You could definitely try claims as per the UK laws.

What's wrong with you people?

Repeatedly posting the same answer is not only not necessary but it's annoying and a waste of time.
