For integrated llb you can look for colleges like National Law School of India University, Bangalore , NALSAR University of Law, College of Legal Studies (UPES-Dehradun), NLU, Delhi , ,Symbiosis Law School, Pune etc. Most os law schools accepts CLAT score for admisison but some conducts their own entrance exams as well apart from CLAT criteria. Like UPES conducts ULSAT test. Among these I've heard UPES offer specialised integrated llb programs in core domains so I think you will have an added adantage too. So, do a deep research of these colleges and know their pros and cons and go for the one that you find best. Good luck

Yes some schools now allow other options, and others have a few slots that are open for non-LSAT applicants.

The most important law school preparation is learning read and write well and quickly and in an organized fashion.

And then to rigorously pursue an area of academic study that you enjoy, and that you excel in.

I think the age old advice still applies, read and write rigorously, and pursue academic excellence.

It really still comes down to good grades and a high LSAT test score for 90% of the candidates.

BUT there are always those few exceptions!!

With the glut of lawyers that exists these days in the US, I am not sure it is wise to pay for law school unless you are sure you will be among the very top students.
Otherwise job prospects may not be great.

And the market is NOT improving; it will only get worse!
Technology is eliminating a lot of law jobs that just aren't needed any longer.
