Default CA. Manufactured homes: renting land / lot and selling the home

This is a subject that is long over due and should be addressed immediately
because of fraud carried out by lawyers who represent manufactured home
PARK owners .

Its simple : example --> here is the new law

All States within the U.S. code: P.C. - AN OWNER OF LAND WHO HAS ANY TYPE OF MANUFACTURED HOME OPERATING AS A MANUFACTURED HOME PARK WHETHER UPON THAT LAND (does not matter) SEPARATED BY LOTS OR INDIVIDUALLY SITTING UPON THE LAND AS A SINGLE UNIT HAVING OBTAINED OR ACQUIRED ANY LEGAL RIGHT TO A MANUFACTURED HOME OR MOBILE HOME AS A MANUFACTURED HOME PARK OWNER SHALL NOT EVER OFFER A SALE OR SELL AT ANY TIME OWNERSHIP OF THE MANUFACTURED HOME TO A PROSPECTIVE BUYER ,TRADE,LEVY, BARTER, CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP. THE MANUFACTURED HOME ON ANY LAND BY LAW WILL BE AND SHALL BE UNDER ALL CONTRACT AS A LAND RENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT ONLY WHERE THE HOME IS TO BE EXCLUDED UNDER A BINDING RENTAL CONTRACT FOR BOTH LAND AND MANUFACTURED HOME ARE AS ONE PROPERTY *

I'm sorry, I'm lost here. What's going on here? Are you paraphrasing some U.S.C.?

Larry, here's another subject that is long overdo for comment:

Posting in all caps is hard to read, ANNOYING, the equivalent of shouting, and discourages responses.

Larry's issue may be explained by his post of 2015:

If he is, I hope he comes back and cites the code number.
