Default What can I do to see my daughter?

There has been a temporary guideline set by the judge on a civil matter in which I can see my daughter. The problem is I have a no contact order. Set by the mother of my child, she had told me she cannot meet at the designated location to drop off or pick up child. What can I do to see my daughter?

Have somebody else pick up your daughter or have your ex have somebody bring your daughter to the meeting place.

That your ex took out the no contact order on you doesn't absolve her of following the visitation order and if she doesn't, you can take her back to court and have the judge remind her of her visitation obligations and the possibility of a contempt citation if she doesn't figure out how to comply.

A friend or relative can arrange for the child to be delivered, at the time and location the court has ordered.
