You do not run up that kind of debt living within your means. You must work at getting the credit lines to default on. Though bankruptcy seems the logical solution, it appears you might be criminally charged for doing it intentionally.

Consolidation of debts is one of the banks product, central bank only approves such models and they will not involve in any such cases for consolidation of clients. You should approach the banks for consolidation and that will be done with banks approval. There should not be any default in the installments, listed company job, perfect DBR and many such eligibility criterias of each bank.
