I wish to inform you that you may take civil action and seek compensation based upon your status. You may argue that act of your employer amounts to discrimination. You may first give legal notice and if your employer refuses to provide compensation then you may file civil action.

Does your employment contract clearly mentioned that employees will be fired for being pregnant?

I think one way or another that would be illegal in the US, unless the job is dangerous for a pregnant person or something like that?
I can't cite a law on that but that seems not legal.
Anybody know for sure?
