In such a case they can garnish your wages or a charge may be imposed upon your personal properties through execution of judgment.

Yes the judge can do that. But if the final judgment is simply the judgment with no other payment terms language, then the holder of the judgment can do any and all things he wants to try to collect.

Of course if you have no assets whatsoever, he cannot really collect.

It's not likely the judge will go back and change it now--but the plaintiff might agree a payment plan.
