If one of the immediate family member of the debtor (who failed to continue his monthly payment and is now out of GCC) travels to Dubai for a holiday or just even transit would they faced any problem being apprehended because of a debt issues left by the debtor?

I don’t think so. Hopefully some experts can correct me if I’m wrong.

You are right with that, no family members would be held responsible at all for any kind of debt.

There is no such website to know if there is any case filed or not. We can do the case check for you or anyone who wants to do and that is only done by lawyers and PRO’s. Only after we do the case check and if found to have a case, will give you the case number which you can check online using the case number to know the case details.
