Whenever you receive a notice of foreclosure you need to seek advice of an attorney to find if there is any technical or substantive defects are associated with the foreclosure proceedings. An attorney can find ways to defend the foreclosure process by scrutinizing the documents related to the mortgage. If there was no defects you are required to pay off the debt to defeat the foreclosure.
