If the responding party is not responding to the court notice, the court will decide the case as exparte.

If Gram Panchayat comes in between and they sign my divorce petition then will it be valid or still have to get it done from the court.

One of the senior executives from gram panchayat said this thing to me, Gram panchayat will call both parties and if nothing works out with the negotiation of gram panchayat then gram panchayat can grant the divorce.

I need suggestions from you all please.
