Unfortunately the judge has almost absolute discretion on how to review the material, ascertain the facts and decide the case.
And he doesn't have to let you speak much or even at all.

You wouldn't now would you? Mainly because I'm not here to attempt to contribute to threads where the OP isn't interested enough to return after two months and never bothered to tell us an important fact like what state is involved.
