Question Debt Collectorw Weird calls

Dear People

If you get arrested for bad cheque that is a cheque bounce and then undergo all the police protocols, until you reach the jail and pay a fine, when you come out of jail do u ave to pay money to the debt collectors?

I wish to inform you that while payment of fines is under criminal law payment of amount due from you is under civil law. If police action has taken place then creditor may not take any criminal action against you. As regards civil action there may be action to collect amount due from you. Under civil law creditor may go after your assets but may not take criminal action like arrest. If amount has not been recovered by creditor then he may take steps to recover amount due.

Yes. You are obliged to pay money otherwise they can attach your personal properties.

i have a lot of relatives here in dubai and i dont want them to suffer for the dept that i did not pay. and i received this email from bilkish, is this true?

" In the meantime, please be reminded that any of your immediate members of your family with the same family name and/or middle name, as yours, may likewise, be prohibited or may undergo very strict scrutiny/requirement/s to travel or work in any member countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arabs States of the Gulf (GCC) countries such as Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, including affiliate Interpol countries. "
