Default Boyfriend removed condom during sex

My bf asked if he could remove his condom duruing sex and I asked him if he had any diseases or other issues that would harm me.
He said no and now a month later I have herpes all over my vagina. I only had sex with him,
Can i sue him? What laws if any did he violate?

I want justice and i want to know who I can get legal aid help from since I don't make a lot of money and i want to get his medical history to prove if he knowingly gave me herpies and left..
PLEASE help me !! I have been very depressed since
Do you know how I can go about finding a lawyer that is covered my the government here in ontario?

I wish to inform you that if you don’t disclose herpes it’s called exposure without disclosure. You may report the matter to law enforcement agency and they will investigate it. The burden to prove the allegations will be on you at the time of investigation and in the Court. Alternatively, you may contact the lawyer referral department in the local bar association. The may arrange a low cost referral to discuss your case. You may also contact Legal Aid, if you are eligible (they may provide free or low cost help).

File a police report. If he did it knowingly and on purpose it can be a crime!!

You can sue him for transmitting the disease. In this regard you should consult the jurisdictional bar to avail service from the lawyer.

All these answers are predicated on there having been an actual law he violated. Further it will be on you to prove it was given by him. STD's are usually not codified unless they cause definitive death. The reason is many STD's such as HPV is in 75% of the population and some strains can cause cancer, however proving it to be the source is again problematic. Further, oral sex or kissing can transmit it if the virus is present on the correct body parts at time of contact.
