Start with the USCIS website and check the reference material across the top.

https://www.uscis.gov/

Read the US Immigration Code.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/chapter-12

Beyond that, reveal how your case is related to immigration and what it is you want to fight and you may get additional helpful comments.

Yuo should refer online articles similar to your case. It is also good to refer similar case laws published online. Google scholar is a good source to refer case laws.

Immigration is a complicated area of law. Its not small claims court.

I would strongly suggest you find a skilled reputable lawyer to assist, it will be money well spent.

Thanks all. It was helpful. Sorry for writing back so late. I got busy finding the right lawyer for my case. Also I would like to share this platform that I came across while doing my research named www.Casemine.com. It has some AI involved in it. Has anyone used it before??. Is it reliable? I am not sure, but I could find some case laws related to my issue on this website as well.
