Default Syria visas and green cards

Is the new Trump order going to allow existing H1B's and Green card holders from Syria to enter the USA for sure?
Does the existing court order in effect force Trump to do that?

I wish to inform you that the homeland security secretary, John Kelly, has released a statement saying that Green Card holders were not subject to the travel ban.

And that is in fact what Trump did. Green card holders from the 6 countries are not subject to the ban any longer.
Under the new order.

I think the whole thing was just a political stunt frankly.
Existing laws handled the entire situation just fine.

You are wrong, we do not want our country invaded and overrun by Muslims that practice a religion deeming we be murdered. Further we do not want people to come here that do not want to integrate, but want to take over our laws and values.

Hmmm I don't think the religion itself deems we be murdered.
