I never understand why EVERYBODY does not have a home inspection when buying!!

Please try to keep your comments relevant and TIMELY. This thread has been dead for quite a while. These "me too" comments are pretty useless.

It's not dead IMO if Google sends us here when we search the topic.
And some people may have relevant points to add or want to also give their input or experience.

They're not relevant if they are months or years old. If you have a question START YOUR OWN THREAD instead of hijacking someone else's whose situation is not yours.

Can they really even tell when a sewer is about to have problems?
It seems that would be hard to determine.
