Default terminated for two days absence that was approved

Texas

I was terminated for two days absence that was approved by the company that I requested. Those two days occurred in a ninety day period.

What are my legal options?

What did the company say was the reason for firing you and what did they say about your "approved" absence days?
That info would help us to better comment.

You of course can show them and provide evidence that you pre-approved the absence days.
Emails, records, phone records etc.

At best, your option is to qualify for unemployment for the discharge not being your fault absent a contract or union.
