This thread has been dead for almost 5 YEARS.

This is a forum for people who have legal questions. If you want your writing critiqued then you should take a creative writing class.

Didn't matter, he pulled me over anyway. He said he clocked me at 74 in a 60. I KNOW that I was not going that fast. I told him so, when he pulled me over. I think he had the wrong person... there were 2 other cars in the left lane. I was in the right lane, the other 2 cars passed me up. (The OHP was driving East on a 4-lane highway... me and the other 2 cars were going west.) He drove over the median to pull me over. He followed me for about a quarter mile... the other 2 cars were long gone (obviously, since they were going much faster than I was).

It probably doesnt matter but on the ticket he said it was a clear, sunny day, but it was definitely jet black clouds in the sky. I took a picture, with my watch showing the time.

Thanks for the help... I'm a 2L and I don't want this on my record. it would be my 3rd ticket in 12 months which is not a good look for when I try to take the Bar next year.

Do these type of speeding tickets have to be reported to the Bar when applying for admission?

Why don't you ask them?

You're not off to a good start in your legal career if you can't figure that one out.

It is not that easy just to call them up and start asking questions.
