Their BK has been going on a while. I would think you are close to being out of luck if you are not getting relief through the BK.

As one poster noted you MUST contact the bankruptcy court to pursue your claim.
And don't just sit around waiting or you will lose your rights to make any claim--if it's not already too late.

They are fully out of business now right?
That's what it seems but there are still a bunch of web pages that make you think they might still be around.

I still had a few hundred dollars they were supposed to be holding from 4 or 5 yrs ago.

Their bankruptcy is long over as I understand it. They are liquidated and done.
If you didn't seek any claim in the bankruptcy, you probably have no options--unless they somehow did not give you notice of the bankruptcy. And even then, their wont really be any assets you can pursue now.
