Default Florida Charges

A friend is charged with: KEEP PUBLIC NUISANCE STRUCTURE FOR DRUG ACTIVITY, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (F2), and POSSESSION OR USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. It's listed as a second degree felony.
Sorry for the caps, I did a copy and paste. This is in Florida

This is his first time being in legal trouble. Is there a mandatory minimum sentence for this? And what is the possibility of going to jail or prison?
