Do I have to pay a judgment in a court against me?

What if I do not the pay the 4300 judgment?

The person who obtained the judgment can start enforcing it. They can file liens against property or accounts you have, possibly have your wages garnished, etc.

If you have no assets they cannot collect.

But if you have cash or property in your sole name, and the creditor is in the same country or state, it's pretty easy for them to collect.

They can also potentially obtain a garnishment on your wages. Usually unless you have no jib or assets, attempting to rip someone off will ultimately be more hassle than it is worth if they pursue their money.

But in many states like TX eg they CANNOT garnish your wages.
