Default ATT contract

Is the arbitration provision now banned in my ATT contract?
I heard that all those arbitrations were now banned by law?
Is that correct?
Thank you!

I wish to inform you that terms of your agreement and circumstances in which you have entered will govern your arbitration clause validity. In order to render a clause as invalid it may be required to show that contract clause was unconscionable. In the case of AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion it was held that individual client may refer disputer to arbitration.

Nope. In 2011 the US Supreme court upheld contractual requirements for arbitration in the Concepcion case referred to by AFFA:

Generally law could not ban an already existing arbitration clause which was already entered between parties. In your case the possibility is that law may ban those clauses which was detrimental to consumer interests.
