Default Help needed in desperation.

I don't really know which area would you classify it in. We went shopping at Costco's 8 washing machine was stacked on the highest wrecking reaching up to 30 feet, they fell apart, 2 washing machines hit my wife causing her a brain injury and fractured three vertebrae.

I wanted to take the case to court, but my solicitors would not have it, they called in an official solicitor to take the position of my wife and ended the case, as if we did not exist. since then my wife have been extremely ill and have taken all my time, I do not have a minute to myself. our barrister told me the money is there in court funds, take it or leave it, and we have never heard from them again. When we went to the office of Court funds, they told us they could not talk about it, and send us on our way.

My wife have been extremely ill, I was going through post-traumatic stress disorder at the time, was brought on through the shock of believing that my wife was dying, she was thrown 10 ft away out of my arms lying there with blood pouring out of her mouth, I was trembling for weeks every time I thought of it.

Due to all the worries I have now had a stroke, my doctor warned me not to think about the case, because it was destroying me, I cannot stop worrying about what has happened to us, not being able to get any help we need or treatment privately.

I wish to inform you that you may first go to court and seek copy of all orders issued in your case. This may inform you about details of your case and when court ordered regarding money to be deposited in court. You may then make an application in court based upon court order seeking funds deposited in court.

Thanks so much for your response, I have a problem due to my condition now and my wife, I'm in no position to be doing what is required, I have tried asking solicitors local to me and worldwide forums, I just cannot get anyone that could come and help me out of this nightmare of a situation. I am in North London, upper Edmonton, desperate for help and communication. when I was a plumber and electrician, if I had anyone that was desperate in my sort of situation I would be there doing what it takes to get them out of there predicaments, but don't seem to be that way in legal services.

I am indebted to you AFF are. for you even bothering to have some empathy to my needs, something very scarce these days. Please carry on being the person you are, and don't let this society change you.

There are lot of consumer organizations to help people like you, you should handover the details of your case to them and they can conduct case for you and will help to get damages for all your sufferings.

Lexus, thank you very much for your reply, I am sorry to say these organisation only help people that are not in our condition. I have tried nearly all of them when I was a little better but still had the responsibility for caring for my wife.

A huge Asda car park in Edmonton next to the police station, someone took their life in the middle of the afternoon, I thought this couldn't be possible, but it is, a program called crime watches on TV, I went to their website offering help, to those who need some desperate communication, someone answered sound very caring and convincing, promise that he would send someone round but waited and waited with no luck, phone the local Salvation Army, left my information on their answering machine, but no reply again, so yes I can understand this poor guy taking his life in the middle of the car park, sad world we live in these days, no empathy nobody cares, and the system and society know it, and exploit the weakness to their advantage. by the way those who want to know why the guy took his life, his sister said he was extremely depressed his wife left him.

Mr Collin, i really hope that you can find someone to help you out there. Sad truth we're living this days where inequality is a common issue and servitude no longer exist, and where government fails to cater the needs of their people. Truly injustice behind our homes. I will pray for you my friend. Let's just use prayer as our best shield and last hope. Surely, there are still few remaining good samaritans out there. God bless you and my prayers and sympathy to you and your wife.

Mike I can only thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind caring reply, yes only God can help us now, it is sad to think in 2017 the world is still a dangerous place no justice, ministers covering their backs on the wrongdoing they have done, not mentioning all the children that are killed, just because they won't keep their mouths shut, young MPs don't stand a chance of getting on if a important Minister decides to squeeze their bum, knowing that the whole place is corrupted and willing to cover up for them all these years. I can only come to the sad conclusion that this world is still run by the devil, even more so than ever before, with the Internet helping expose the injustice and it still fail to expose the corruption within our society, I am sad to see legal junkies have lost their tongues , if the legal junkies have been thrown into this situation, what chance do we have to turn this world into a better place. if this is the sort of quality people we have to save the world, the 3 monkeys scenario. thanks again Mike you are a good man, something we are short of these days.

PS. I still cannot get any help from local solicitors, I phone the legal services ombudsman telling them of my predicament, and was told that solicitors have the right to decide if they don't want to take on a case.
