3 months before my father sold a plot and our house is attached to to someone and the plot had an borewell whose motor is in house we had some issue with the buyer because he stopped our water supply through borewell so we need our plot back is there any law to claim for the money in exchange of money back to him.

I wish to inform you that as plot had been sold therefore now sale has been made and hence now you cannot reclaim that plot. Once registry has been done then your sale agreement is concluded and you may not exchange your money.
