Default Americans in law school in India

Can US citizens or EU cotizens enter law school in India?
Do they have places for foreign students in all schools?

I wish to inform you that most law schools in India have international student offices. The Indian government has set up the Education Consultants of India for International Students. You may also contact the Indian High Commission or Embassy in your country.

Usually tuition at foreign "US law schools" is cheaper. One must still have an acceptable degree and pass the bar exam in the US state they wish to practice.
