Default Seed Capital Consultants Inc- Brad Howat

Hello: I have invested so far $500 in this. I saw that I may file a complaint with IC3. Can you explain how I may file a claim ?

Brad Howat had also accepted money for CMS Opportunity. It does appear that something is very wrong and the threads indicating this is a ponzhi scheme are correct.

I would Like to file a claim and also would I try to file with the SEC ?

Thank You.

In this you can file a complaint with IC3 if the alleged fraud involves one or more activities through internet. The complaint should specifically state the accurate details regarding the addresses, nature of transactions, names and contact numbers together with all relevant information.

I wish to inform you that you may proceed to the Website of the the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and file the Complaint online. Further, Internet crime includes any illegal activity involving one or more components of the Internet, such as Websites, chat rooms, and/or email. Internet crime involves the use of the Internet to communicate false or fraudulent representations to consumers. These crimes may include, but are not limited to, advance-fee schemes, non-delivery of goods or services, computer hacking, or employment/business opportunity schemes.
