I was charger with false information. I took my plea back that I was force to take by my lawyer and now that i want to take my plea back, my lawyer don't wanna be on my case now.
What can I do?

Your attorney fired himself because he probably has a know-it-all client.

Find someone else to represent you.

You should need a lawyer to help you in changing the plea and if your present lawyer is not ready to continue with the case you can allow him withdraw from the case in writing so that you can entrust another lawyer to contest the case.

The court will have to approve his withdrawal.
If you don't agree you can tell the court why you disagree.
