We have been contacted by shaanxi guangda electrical equipment engineering for a big electrical equipment order. but this seems to be too good to be true. Something is NOT right.
I am not going with them . Denied their offer.

Mr. Zhang Liang, from shaanxiguangda@yeah.net, asked for quotation this week, with an order in advance, without asking for any information about the products to be ordered.

I wrote back to him to say we don´t send the prices list to someone we don´t know and without any information about the company.
Here is his answer:
If you don't trust our company, we can cancel this cooperation, but like this insult case made by someone of peer company,we don't accept it at all.
And we think our company name has actually been hacked and are now used for spam,we will take measures to protect our company.

I do verification of Chinese companies. Can anybody ask Shaanxi Guangda Electrical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. for a business license copy and post the registration number on the forum? I will be happy to verify who is behind the company but I need to know the business license number. If they refuse to send a copy of the business license it's probably because they don't have a registered company in China.

Can anybody ask? Yes. That's hardly a legal question.

If you're asking someone to ask for the information on your behalf, WHY?

So we can look up the company and post the information so everybody knows the background of the scammer.
