I have the same problem.
Walmart was supposed to ship TWO shoes and TWO socks but the socks are missing.
It has now been 9 days since I complained, and I have no response.
What should I do next!!

You can continue call customer service --daily-- or sue in small claims.
Normally customer service will resolve the issue.

Their customer service will resolve the issue.
Ask for a supervisor if you keep getting the runaround.
I doubt you would have to go to small claims court for this.
They are pretty good eventually.

Of course make absolutely sure there is no mistake on your side, like your kids opened the box etc.

You may have to sign something, potential even under oath, but generally Walmart is not going to argue with you over that kind of issue.

...well unless the business has some kind of problem that is causing this issue for many people--in that situation there may be a case.
