Default Well Fargo class action opt out

Is it too late to opt out of the Wells Fargo "scam accounts" lawsuit class action?
I would like to file my own case in small claims and add some related events like the monthly rate being increased on the original real account without my knowledge after they opened the second account.

I wish to inform you that if you opt out or exclude yourself from the settlement in the Wells Fargo class action lawsuit, you may receive no payment. Further, you may not sue again for the same matter once it has been decided keeping in view the legal principles of double jeopardy or res judicata.

Some of those class actions are already proceeding and I believe the opt out period has passed.

It is good to be part of a class action lawsuit. But before initiating filing you should check whether you are out of time to join the class.
