I have one, or two? of those Wells Fargo accounts that was opened without my permission, so can I file in small claims court myself or do I have to participate in these class actions that seem to be forming?

I wish to inform you that you may file a lawsuit in the Small Claims Court or in the alternative make a complaint to the banking ombudsman and OCC.
