Sirs,
I m planning to buy an house in Bangalore. There are some builder who says that they can not give OC because property was started to build in 2014 and to get an OC ,Law was introduced in 2016. Is this true? Should we buy home without OC?

I wish to inform you that law regarding occupancy certificate is provided in Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972. If builder does not provide you certificate then BBMP or BDA may ask you to leave your premises as such premises are occupied without permission.
