Default Can I get a waiver of a small claims court fee?

Can I get a waiver of a small claims court fee.
Or do small claims courts not allow that usually?
It's only about 50 dollars but still I am on a really tight budget right now.
Really tight.

Yes, small claims courts often have fee waivers for the indigent.

Go to your small claims court website or call the court clerk and ask. Should have done that first.

In this regard you can make a request to the Court and after looking into the situation the court will decide whether you are eligible for a waiver.

The fee is so low that most courts make the hassle of getting the waiver (if even available) not worth the time.

We don't even know what state/municipality this is so your comment is hardly useful.

Yeah, where OPs seem to get sucked into the Bermuda Triangle and never heard from again.

As well as all the misbehavior.

Do you really need a waiver for the 25 dollar or so fee?
You will spend more on gas or bus fare getting there.

It's $50, and if you think the OP cares about your response or will even read it you're crazy.
