my plan is to go home in our country and ran of it. is there any possibilty that they will put me in prison there

You just have to make sure before your travel if you have any case on you or not. If found to have no case then you can fly without worries.

I mean if they will terminate not on the reason of debt. Will just asking if it is true that then employer is obliged automatically to inform the central bank?
