Default Need Brainstorming Attorneys!!!

I've got a complex civil action (RICO minus the continuity element) involving a crooked Chap. 7 Trustee, a crooked state court judge, and a crooked 3rd party. Have filed adversary proceeding against all in the Bankruptcy Case. In the meantime, I am looking to void the judgment awarding debtor the property. But, can't think of a way to prevent these 3 crooks from doing this again.

Can you prove one single element of factual wrongdoing or one forged signature or improper payment?

If you can get even one thing proven it could open the door to removing the judge and then all three would likely fall.

You said it yourself - you need an attorney not an Internet forum.

Are you trying to do all that yourself? That sounds beyond a pro se type matter.

You can also file a complaint--if you have solid proof--against the judge with the State Bar or the Committee on Judicial Conduct or however they call it where you live.

Well if they get thrown off the case they will not be allowed to be involved in any way again. On that case or that matter.
