Default Small Claims Court Judgement

Can someone please advise me as to the easiest and cheapest method to collect on a judgement awarded in Arkansas small claims court against a major corporation? Thanks!

Sorry, but there is no cheap and easy way to collect on a judgment from anybody anywhere.

Judgment enforcement costs money in filing fees.

With a "major corporation" you might be able to levy bank accounts if you can find them. There are modest court fees for doing that.

You might also be able to attach property belonging to the corporation. That process, unfortunately, can be costly and time consuming.

Oh, one thing you might do is contact your local TV stations and see if their consumer advocates will help.

I wish to inform you that you may contact note buyers and they may be interested in purchasing your judgment. Alternatively, you may contact an attorney and seek guidance.

Collecting a judgment is not easy like stealing candy from a baby. It is worthy consulting an attorney who specializes in enforcing judgments. They have their own methods to collect the judgment.

It is not THAT difficult to collect.

For starters see the section online of your local small claims called "Collecting on the Judgment"

They will outline for you several steps you can take, or an attorney or judgment collection specialist can also help you.

Though extreme, one couple down south went to the extreme of obtaining a court order to seize all the assets in a bank. when they arrived, the manager laughed until the Deputy advised him they were not kidding. After begging them to wait while he called corporate legal, they received their check quickly.

Many attorneys will enforce it for you and take an amount, say one third eg.
If you feel it is a bit overwhelming.

Actually getting the candy from the baby and out of his hands is not easy either.
At least the babies I know.
